Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various aspects of construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building initiatives. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us maintain our reputation for excellence while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Assist with general site clean-up, material handling, and organization to keep the work environment safe and efficient
Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, welders, plumbers, and electricians by providing necessary tools and materials
Maintain a clean and safe work site by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly
Assist with site preparation for various construction phases to ensure timely progress
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment
