Duties:
- Generate leads via outreach/in reach, conduct sales calls, book tour appointments and conduct member VIP tours, all with a view to achieve new member sales .
- Provide members with a variety of group exercise classes that make them say WOW!
- Provide Personal Training to members with packages that include PT sessions as part of their membership.
- Be able to arrive for shift and classes promptly and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members
- Actively partake in cleaning of gym and equipment to maintain high standards of gym cleanliness and safety at all times.
- Conduct tours of the facility, focussing on 'a needs analysis approach' and explaining the benefits, features and value offered in each membership category.
- Assist with membership enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of calls held with members.
- Help create original social media content for our social media channels
Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualified. Please do not apply if not L3 qualified.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a super friendly and approachable personality is a must!
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and overcoming objection abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer software
- Applicant must be within a 35min travel time by public transport
- Completion of an application form will be required for your application to be considered
