The Samphire Cornish Coastal Kitchen is a welcoming Cornish restaurant that celebrates fresh, locally sourced food and a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere. Our restaurant & bar is at the heart of the guest experience, serving everything from Cornish beers and wines to creative cocktails made with skill and flair to local Cornish produce.
About the Role:
We're looking for EXPERIENCED, enthusiastic and fun-loving people to join our seasonal F&B team! You'll be the friendly face behind the bar and on the restaurant floor, making sure every guest feels at home. From pouring the perfect pint to crafting signature cocktails and serving up delicious local food, you'll help create memorable experiences in our stunning harbourside setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and serving a range of drinks, including classic and signature cocktails
- Sharing your knowledge of local spirits, beers, and wines with guests whilst taking their food orders
- Keeping the restaurant and bar area sparkling, well-stocked, and Instagram-worthy at all times
- Handling transactions with ease and accuracy
- Working alongside an amazing team to deliver smooth, seamless service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience is a must, either working in a bar or restaurant (you know the buzz!)
- Barista skills, you can make a mean coffee
- Confident cocktail-making skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great chat
- Ability to stay cool under pressure while keeping standards high
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy holiday periods (it's Cornwall, summer is where the magic happens!)
