Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining project timelines. Duties
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and labour teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, monitoring progress against deadlines.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed, conducting regular site inspections.
- Monitor project budgets and resources, adjusting plans as necessary to stay within financial constraints.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, changes, and inspections for reporting purposes.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity across all phases of the project.

- Proven experience in construction management roles with a strong understanding of site operations
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
