We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Primary or Secondary Teacher who is confident teaching pupils aged 11–15 within an SEMH environment.
The role will involve delivering a nurturing timetable focused mainly around core subjects, supporting pupils who have learning gaps and need a more tailored approach. Pupils will be based in a separate setting with a relaxed and supportive timetable, so we are looking for a teacher who can think outside the box, engage with pupils in a different way, and bring creative, exciting lessons to the table to encourage learning.
This role would suit someone who is able to build positive relationships, adapt their teaching style and find different ways to motivate pupils who may not always engage with traditional classroom learning.
For subjects such as sport, history and other wider curriculum areas, pupils will return to the main school setting.
