An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team. This role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual with experience in estate agency or the legal sector, who thrives in a busy, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients receive outstanding service at every stage.
You will also play a vital role in supporting our busy sales office, ensuring that all parties involved in the sales process are kept fully informed and that potential delays or issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Principle accountabilities:
· Manage the sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion
· Liaise regularly with vendors, purchasers, mortgage advisors, solicitors, and surveyors to ensure smooth transactions
· Keep all parties updated throughout the process with clear, consistent communication
· Proactively resolve potential delays or disputes to keep transactions on track
· Maintain accurate records and updates within our systems
· Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
The right candidate will:
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear, effective updates for all parties
· Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
· Have a positive, proactive attitude and be a natural problem-solver
· Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently when requiredIdeally have previous experience within the property industry, sales progression, or legal sector
· Commission structure is pooled, recognising both individual contribution and shared team success
We Offer:
· Full time role – 8:45am – 5:30pm, part time hours available, with a minimum of three full days. (we can be flexible around school hours where needed for those with dependants)
