Admin Assistant Band 3 Fixed Term – 31 December 2026
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Family Placement Service for a Band 3 Admin Assistant, to work 37 hours per week.
This role is fixed term until 31/12/2026.
The successful applicant will have relevant admin experience in a similar role and have excellent numeracy and literacy skills. The role will be varied, require a high degree of accuracy and involve working to deadlines.
You will work as part of a team to support the Service which will involve using and updating management information systems, completing petty cash returns, minuting meetings, collating information, data entry, ordering and much more – please refer to the job description for further details.
We are looking for a team player with excellent numeracy and literacy skills, who is able to follow instructions and procedures without constant supervision and work flexibly to cater for the varying demands of this role.
