Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Biggleswade (please note this is office based 5 days per week)
Salary: £30,000
Contract Type: Full time & Permanent
Hours: 8am or 9am to 4.30pm or 5.30pm Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our client’s busy Quality Assurance team, supporting the Technical Manager across product compliance, supplier management, testing and environmental regulations.
This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with suppliers, overseas teams, and internal departments, helping ensure products meet the latest UK and EU standards and are ready for market.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating product testing, certification and compliance documentation
- Keeping up to date with UK and EU product legislation and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain technical files, test reports and declarations
- Reviewing packaging, artwork, labels and product information for compliance
- Supporting warehouse quality inspections and investigations into product issues
- Managing supplier compliance records and following up outstanding actions
- Assisting with audits, retailer reviews and continuous improvement projects
- Helping ensure products meet quality and launch deadlines
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and naturally curious, with an interest in technical compliance and product quality. If you have SAP experience that would be advantageous.
You’ll ideally have experience within a technical, quality, compliance, product or supplier-focused environment, although the right attitude and ability to learn are just as important. Strong administration skills, attention to detail and confidence communicating with suppliers and internal teams are essential.
