At Sycamores, we're looking for caring, compassionate and dedicated people to join our friendly team as Support Workers.
Sycamores is a cosy, welcoming eight-bedroom home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The home is fully accessible and offers a calm, homely environment where the people we support can feel safe, happy and valued.
Each resident has their own en-suite bedroom, with shared living spaces, sensory facilities and outdoor areas that create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

We have a close, supportive team who work together to create meaningful experiences, encourage independence and ensure the people we support enjoy fulfilling lives. Whether it's enjoying activities at home, getting involved in the local community, or simply sharing everyday moments, no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support live happy, fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs

Supporting personal care and daily living activities

Building positive relationships with the people we support and their families

Helping individuals participate in activities, outings and community events

Promoting independence, dignity and choice

Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding support
