Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated hard working, reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: 4 am till 2 pm Monday to Friday
Pay range: £2,160 - £2,479 gross per 4 weeks
Duties
- Load and unload goods from lorries and containers efficiently and safely.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring correct storage within the warehouse.
- Perform picking and packing of orders.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Utilise warehouse management systems for tracking inventory levels and stock movements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment.
- Operate forklifts safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
Skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for efficient booking in and out tracking, ensuring full traceability of food products.
- Proficient in load unloading techniques for safe handling of food products.
- Ability to perform safe manual handling as required by the role.
