Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial and industrial facilities. Your efforts will contribute to creating a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in commercial cleaning while working in a supportive team environment. Monday - Friday, 6am - 8am.
Responsibilities Keyholder
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or polishing as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure consistent facility upkeep
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
