What You'll DoCustomer Engagement & Sales Floor Support
- Welcome visitors warmly as they enter, approach customers proactively, and assist them with product selections.

- Handle customer requests and sales transactions quickly, professionally, and accurately to ensure repeat business.
Floor Operations & Inventory Handling
- Assist with morning floor preparation to ensure customer areas are fully stocked, clean, and visually engaging.
- Unpack, inspect, and display incoming inventory, equipment, or promotional displays.
- Track product availability and log inventory updates using digital stock check systems.
- Maintain workspace safety, cleanliness, and security standards at all times.
- Assist team supervisors with basic floor administration and sales reporting.
Team Collaboration & Skill Building
- Work closely with floor leads and colleagues to meet daily engagement targets and sales goals.
- Pitch in during high-volume trading hours to maintain smooth floor management and short wait times.
- Attend shift briefings, sales technique workshops, and product knowledge sessions.
- Propose practical ideas to management to help increase customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
