Duties
- Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and lifestyle
- Perform barbering services such as fades, shaves, beard trims, and grooming treatments with precision and care
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payment processing
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions or makeup application to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure all tools are sanitized according to health standards
Skills
- Proven experience in store management or salon operations is highly desirable for overseeing daily activities efficiently
- Expertise in barbering techniques combined with a strong foundation in hairdressing and styling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of front desk procedures including appointment booking systems and point-of-sale transactions
- Ability to mentor colleagues by demonstrating techniques and providing guidance on best practices
