BOOKING & RESERVATIONS MANAGER
Up to £38,000 OTE | £32,000–£34,000 basic + service charge + bonus
We're looking for a warm, organised and proactive Booking & Reservations Manager to join our flagship Hoste venue in Canary Wharf.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest bookings, group enquiries and private events from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guests by phone, email and in person.
- Coordinate table plans, pre-orders and event logistics with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Maintain accurate booking records using systems such as ResDiary, OpenTable or SevenRooms.
- Maximise revenue through effective diary management and upselling premium experiences.
- Build lasting relationships with guests that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in reservations, events or guest relations within quality hospitality.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Confidence using booking platforms and CRM systems.
- A positive, professional attitude with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, food and people.
