We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sommelier to join our team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay.
What you'll bring as a Sommelier:

You have a strong knowledge of wine and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful recommendations and exceptional service

You hold a WSET Level 2 qualification (or equivalent), with a passion for continually developing your wine knowledge

You have experience working in a premium or fine dining environment and are confident guiding guests through wine pairings and recommendations

You work closely with the Head Sommelier and wider restaurant team to deliver a seamless food and wine experience.

You are confident sharing your knowledge with colleagues, supporting the training and development of more junior team members

You take pride in maintaining high standards of wine service, cellar organisation and stock presentation

You naturally build rapport with guests and colleagues, using your communication skills to create a warm and engaging dining experience

You are organised, proactive and passionate about wine, always striving to deliver exceptional service
