Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to cover all areas of London, who is experienced in the cleaning industry to join our team.
Main Duties:
- Managing cleaning operatives.
- Managing a selection of contracts.
- Drive to various locations as required to carry out quality control.
- Drive to various locations as required to carry out stock control .
- Reporting to the area manager.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
- Willingness to support the cleaning operatives with their roles when needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the area manager.
Requirements:
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service
- English speaking is preferred for effective communication.
- A valid driving licence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
