Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house team. As a member of our front of house staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. From greeting guests with a warm smile to delivering top-notch service, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Duties:
- Greet customers as they enter the pub and provide them with a friendly welcome.
- Seat guests and assist them in finding a suitable table.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and meet our quality standards.
- Answer customer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
- Cashing up at end of shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times and strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with restocking cellar and maintaining bar inventory levels
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Training provided to the right candidate if lacking experience,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be 18+

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33.0 – 39.0 per week
