20 hours per week
Looking for a meaningful night role where you can make a real difference while the world is asleep?
We’re a small local charity with a big heart, providing support across both our Residential and Supported Living services. We pride ourselves on having a warm, family-like atmosphere where everyone is valued, supported, and part of something genuinely special.
Even at night, our homes are full of care, reassurance, and teamwork (and yes, the kettle still gets a good workout on night shifts!).

· Supporting with personal care where required
· Responding to needs or requests during the night

About you
We are looking for someone who is:
· Calm, reliable and attentive
· Compassionate and respectful in their approach
· Comfortable working independently overnight
· A good communicator and confident in recording information
· Experienced in social care (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
What we offer
· 20 hours per week of guaranteed night work
· Competitive pay rates
· Full induction and ongoing training
· Supportive management and a close-knit team
· A welcoming, family-feel working environment
· The chance to make a real difference every single shift
A little note about nights…
It’s quieter, yes — but never uneventful. Whether it’s offering reassurance, helping someone feel safe, or simply being a calm, steady presence in the home, your role is especially important when it counts most.
If you’re someone who prefers the peace of the night and finds satisfaction in helping others feel secure and cared for, we’d love to hear from you.
Join us and be the reassuring presence our services rely on overnight.
Pay: £14.14 per hour
