This compelling job opportunity is for the role of Compliance Tester at Komplex Group. The successful candidate will join our Compliance Testing team playing a fundamental role in ensuring our products and services meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing test plans to ensure regulatory compliance of our products.
- Performing regular tests to identify potential compliance issues and taking necessary remediation actions.
- Documenting all testing processes, presenting results and preparing detailed compliance reports.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide solutions and resolve any testing-related issues.
- Staying up to date with the latest regulatory changes and standards, ensuring these are reflected in testing procedures.
- Collaborating with the Compliance team to develop and maintain policies, procedures, and business practices to uphold regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- At least three years of proven experience in compliance testing or a compliance-related role in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of the legislative landscape and regulatory requirements pertaining to our industry.
- Advanced understanding of compliance test procedures, including the ability to design and monitor tests effectively.
- Strong skills in data analysis and report writing with high attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
