About the Role:
Innova Design Group is looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our production team on the afternoon shift. This role suits someone with experience in CNC machinery who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications
- Loading materials and monitoring machine operations
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards
- Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working to production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous CNC operating experience (woodworking or manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
