Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing with professionalism and warmth
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Experience with hair extensions application is highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and energetic approach to work
- Flexibility to adapt to busy salon hours, including evenings and weekends
