Description
BD Electrical LTD is a small business specialising in domestic electrical work throughout West Lothian and the Central Belt. The appointed candidate will provide vital support to BD Electrical and have opportunities for progression as we look to expand the company.
Job Requirements
- SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation OR
- In the absence of formal qualifications, a minimum of 3 years experience working as an Electrician/Electrical Apprentice
- Must have a clean UK driving license and own transport to site
- A keen interest in developing electrical skills through hands-on learning
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
- Ability to work safely in a team environment and adhere to all safety protocols
Duties
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems for safety and compliance
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during work activities
Pay: £11.00-£20.00 per hour
