Role: Membership Services Administrator
Salary: £24,784.56 per year

Dot-The-Eye Ltd are looking to employ a motivated and hardworking individual to join our successful Professional Development and Membership Team in this office-based role. Our company has a proven track record in managing Professional Associations and providing them with the tools for success in their business sector. This role supports our partners in providing both Individual and Corporate Membership services across a range of sectors.

The Role:
This role is centred around providing membership services to several of our key clients along with occasional involvement in other Dot-The-Eye team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone enquiries as first point of contact on behalf of Dot-The-Eye Partners.
- Processing individual member applications and renewals
- Co-ordination of individual membership records, communicating with new members, renewals, lapsing and changes, using required systems.
- Updating membership data as required.
- Processing corporate member applications and renewals
- Co-ordination of corporate membership records, communicating with new members, renewals, lapsing and changes using required systems.
- Updating corporate membership data as required
- Dealing with day-to-day individual and corporate membership by email, post or telephone
- Updating internal records of processes for membership activities as required
- Generating reports
- Reconciliation of data
- Attending meetings as required and producing minutes . These could be on MS Teams or in person.
The Person:
The key skills and qualities that will equip you for this busy role are:
- Confident telephone skills
- At least 1 year of working in a similar role.
- Established knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office365 including use of MS Teams
- A clear and established level of competency in written English
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Effective, clear, and professional communication skills, both written and oral
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to simultaneously work on different projects for different clients and deal with changing priorities.
- Confidence to work flexibly, either alone or as part of a team
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above
- Skills in working with databases or CRM systems would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
