A significant part of the this role will be developed through on the job learning. Full training will be provided, and candidates do not need prior experience.
Role Overview:
Working in the Murray Workwear site at the BMW Mini Plant Oxford, this role is to support and ensure an excellent customer experience for all on-site work wear requirements. Reporting to the National Account Manager, this is a varied role that will let you fully use both your customer service and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection and distribution of laundry on site using on site vehicle
- Liaise with laundry provider as required
- Maintaining locker inventory
- Provide ad-hoc cover when needed at Swindon site
- Garment embroidery (Training provided)
- Order processing & order query resolution
- Order / delivery receipt, tracking and notifying customer of garment arrival
- Stock Counting / Stock Taking
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience for all ‘Work Wear Centre’ visitors in line with our
- Legendary Service ethos
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
- Submission of reports and KPI information within timescales · Processing Returns Act as Murray point of contact on site
Person specification:
- Full UK driving licence required
- Computer Literate: Knowledge of Excel, outlook etc.
- Strong organisational skills
- Can do attitude
- Be multi-skilled
- Ability to work under pressure, be proactive and on your own initiative.
