Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to become a Junior or Senior Installer. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and hardworking. You will be an integral member of the team on jobs, ensuring work is consistently completed to a high quality.
We are happy to train you if you haven't fenced before however you must have 2 years experience in a related trade. You must also have a clean driving licence and experience driving a van.
You will be adept at using power tools and have a natural flair when working with timber. You will be expected to be installing fences to a high standard within 6 months.
You will be a great communicator, keen to go above and beyond for customers, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will work to deadlines and manage time efficiently whilst ensuring full compliance with health and safety and other company policies at all times.
We work in all weather and so a love of the outdoors with a healthy dose of grit and resilience are essential for the role!
Your work sites will be in Wilmslow and within approx a 10 mile radius.
Full time hours but varied start and finishing times: we work more hours in spring and summer than we do in winter
What you’ll do:
- Use a wide variety of power tools
- Installing a wide range of fences, gate & decking
- Digging, carrying materials, mixing postcrete, organising and cleaning sites
- Uphold our 5* quality control
- Provide high standards of customer service at all times with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures and other company policies
- Drive a company van and ensure it’s clean and organised.
- Undertaking any additional tasks required

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
