Job Purpose
To provide an administration support service to the factory. The role will also incorporate provision of other associated Administrate support including updating data such as reports, holiday requests, non-attendance, worked hours and issuing briefs across the site.

Duties/ Responsibilities
-
Daily updating of various Factory Reports.
-
Providing clerical support to various areas within the Factory.
-
All photocopying and filing to be carried out.

Other administrative duties as necessary for Factory Management.

Maintain a good working knowledge of company systems and processes such as excel reports, SAP reports, time and attendance, Absence Management in order to access relevant information.

Provide holiday and absence cover when and where necessary

Ordering non production related miscellaneous goods

Responsible for post

Responsible for keeping Factory notices boards up to date

Answering unattended telephones – relaying calls or taking messages

To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc.
