Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Caravan Valeter/Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of caravans, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with general labour tasks around the site. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of valuing every team member’s contribution.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and valet caravans, including washing, polishing, interior cleaning, and detailing to meet company standards.
- Assist with general site duties such as moving caravans, organizing storage areas, and supporting other team members as needed.
- Conduct basic maintenance checks on caravans and report any issues or damages promptly.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients during caravan handovers or inquiries.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Support with administrative tasks such as recording vehicle details and updating job logs.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting caravans around the site or to designated locations.
Skills
- Valid driving license with experience in operating various vehicles is highly desirable.
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience, especially in vehicle or caravan cleaning, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
