The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding and technical implementation across existing products and bespoke projects for high value clients across the PayPoint Group within DPOB.

A client facing role, you will act as Delivery Lead in the implementation of solutions spanning across Paypoint, obconnect and Aperidata product suites and bespoke solutions within the Client Success Team in DPOB.

Own, design, produce and present technical artefacts relating to the project at hand to ensure the client experience is seamless for onboarding, integration, testing and deployment to live activities.

Act as lead and facilitate all workshops and deep dive sessions with clients across multiple projects.

Liaise with internal stakeholders ensuring internal deliverables are met and in accordance with client requirements.

Own the client relationship through the complete onboarding and implementation life cycle up to and including deployment to live.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Platform and Commercial teams to ensure a joined-up service and positive outcomes for clients.

Provide pre-sales technical support to the Commercial Team when requested for sales activities.

API management experience – can demonstrate a sound understanding of api documentation and have extensive experience in executing api requests and validating responses

Hands on experience in building api test scripts for automation or manual execution

Knowledge of api security protocols to include OpenID, mTLS and FAPI

A desirable knowledge on platform infrastructures and api gateways

Good product knowledge in the capabilities of Digital Payments & Open Banking technology including how Authorisation Servers and Consumer Consent tools work

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must – being able to articulate technical solutions confidently to clients and internal stakeholders is critical for this role

Sound and demonstratable experience in client relationship building is important – there will be challenges the successful candidate will be expected to handle efficiently and confidently

Project management experience is essential as you’ll wear many hats in the Delivery Lead role. You’ll need the ability to think ahead, identify risks and put mitigations in place
