Responsibilities
- Assemble blinds according to precise specifications, ensuring all components fit and function correctly
- Inspect finished products for defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections, maintaining high-quality standards
- Operate specialized tools and machinery safely and efficiently during manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inspections, and quality checks
- Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings to ensure product consistency and accuracy
- Assist in packaging and preparing finished blinds for shipment or delivery
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision craftsmanship
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with basic tools and machinery used in manufacturing environments
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently in a manufacturing setting
- Prior experience in blind manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided
