We are seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Director specialising in luxury fashion and lifestyle to lead our brand’s creative vision. Duties
- Develop and execute the overarching creative strategy aligned with brand objectives, ensuring consistency across all platforms and collections.
- Lead the design team in creating innovative, high-quality fashion collections that embody luxury, elegance, and contemporary style.
- Oversee the conceptualisation and realisation of marketing campaigns, lookbooks, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Curate a distinctive visual identity that reflects the brand’s heritage while embracing modern trends.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, stylists, and other creative partners to produce compelling content.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in fashion, art, culture, and lifestyle sectors to inspire fresh ideas and maintain industry relevance.
- Lead presentations to senior management on creative concepts, seasonal themes, and strategic initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, diversity of thought, and professional growth within the creative team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative role within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating innovative design work and successful campaign leadership in high-end markets.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding principles, colour theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse creative teams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate vision clearly across departments and external partners.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred but not essential.
- A keen eye for detail combined with strategic thinking to balance artistic vision with commercial objectives.
