As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to help deliver the high standards our customers expect.
The Role
As a key part of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and online platforms.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Processing orders, tracking deliveries, and updating customers on order status
- Liaising with warehouse and courier partners to resolve issues
- Advising customers on product specifications, compatibility, and availability
- Updating customer records and order information in our OMS
- Supporting sales and eCommerce teams with general admin tasks as required
About You
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills – comfortable using email, OMS, the Microsoft Suite, and online platforms
- Ability to manage workload and multitask in a busy environment
- A helpful, patient and solution-focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience within the building supplies, home improvement or hardware sectors
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
