Monday to Friday | 10am–6pm | Full-time
We're looking for a Property Agent to join our growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who'd rather be out and about than stuck behind a desk all day. You'll be representing us across our Glasgow portfolio, carrying out viewings, inspections, inventories and general property visits.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting rental and sales viewings
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Preparing inventories and schedules of condition
- Completing check-ins and check-outs
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Preparing properties for the market
- Liaising with Contractors to arrange work
- Taking meter readings and checking property condition
- Meeting tenants, landlords and contractors at properties
- Keeping accurate records and updating our systems
- Any reactive jobs that come up like cutting keys and testing out appliances
Who we're looking for
Property experience would be useful, but isn't essential. We're more interested in finding someone who's reliable, organised, confident with people and has a bit of common sense. We are a small team so need someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty when required.
You'll spend a lot of time working independently, so we need someone we can trust to manage their day and represent us properly.
A full UK driving licence is essential. A company pool car is provided for work-related travel.
