Pace are looking for a new property manager in our growing and busy block management department, full time. You will have your portfolio of blocks to manage in full. So all aspects - organising works
- liaising with contractors, directors and residents
- section 20 major works
- organising management
- providing management packs
- property visits
- residents meetings
- producing budgets, checking expenditure, liaising with accountants on larger blocks

You will need to be organised, efficient and accurate. Everything is computer based so your computer skills must be good. We are looking for a personable and professional person that can communicate with a range of people. We can get very busy so you should enjoy a full day but we are a reasonable employer and you'll be part of a team so you should be busy rather than overloaded.
You will also need to be comfortable with numbers looking at the blocks budgets and expenditure.
Undertaking quarterly visits of the property is a key part of the job, as well as popping out to check on things at properties (during the working day) so you MUST be able to drive. Please don't apply if you don't have a current driving licence. You can use a pool car for the visits.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (or a 830-530) except one day will be a late shift from 10am to 7pm. Also, one Saturday in 4 from 9.30 to 4.30 with a day off in lieu that week.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
