Course Administrator
Location: Target Zero Group, 33 Robjohns Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3AG
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per year (depending on experience)

From our modern head office in Chelmsford, we support thousands of learners every year through classroom, online and on-site training. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant / Course Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role
This is a varied administration role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in ensuring our training courses run smoothly by supporting our customers, trainers and internal teams.
Full training will be provided on our bespoke booking platform, Manage My Courses, so previous experience in the training industry is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing course bookings using our training management system.
- Processing delegate information and maintaining accurate training records.
- Sending joining instructions, course information and certificates.
- Answering telephone calls, emails and online enquiries professionally.
- Supporting trainers with course paperwork and documentation.
- Assisting with invoicing, payments and general administration.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- General office administration and supporting the wider team as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team.
Experience within the training, education or construction sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
