Duties
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised service
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximise satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly
- Utilise IT systems to update client information, generate reports, and monitor account performance
- Drive new business development through prospecting and networking activities
- Organise meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management roles is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant software
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not essential
- Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and meetings
