We’re a growing food supplement manufacturer specialising in liquid collagen and functional products. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Blending Operative to join our team. Initially you’ll take ownership of our blending operation, preparing and mixing batches to precise formulations with scope to grow as the business expands.
What you’ll be doing
- Running the blending process: accurate weighing, mixing and batching of ingredients to specification
- Following batch records, recipes and standard operating procedures
- Maintaining cleaning and sanitation standards (CIP and manual cleaning)
- Completing quality and production documentation accurately
- Operating equipment safely and reporting any issues
- Supporting goods movement around site (forklift duties where licensed)
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and audit-ready
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment (essential)
- Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety for Manufacturing (essential)
- Level 2 HACCP for Manufacturing (ideal)
- Good understanding of food hygiene and GMP practices
- Comfortable working to recipes, measurements and documented procedures
- Counterbalance FLT licence (desirable or willingness to train)
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
Working hours
- Daytime hours, approximately 8am–5pm, to be discussed at interview
- We value flexibility and are happy to discuss arrangements that work for both sides

- Starting salary of £28,000 per year
