We are a growing landscaping company based in Crewe, looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Operative to join our team.
This role would suit either:
- someone looking to start a career in landscaping with no formal experience, or
- an experienced operative looking for a new opportunity within a growing business
The work is varied, hands-on, and outdoor-based, delivering landscaping projects for commercial clients. You’ll be part of a team carrying out quality landscaping works, with opportunities to learn, develop, and progress within the trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on landscaping sites as part of a team
- Assisting with and carrying out general landscaping duties.
- Site preparation, planting, turfing, tree planting.
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining site organisation
About You
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to learn and develop practical skills (training provided)
- Able to work well within a team
- Previous landscaping, groundwork, or construction experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
