Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial spaces and hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Mainly Monday - Friday from 11am. Small 6 bed hotel
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation within the establishment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
