✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Allocate tasks and deploy labour to meet shift plans.
- Work alongside the team to complete picking, packing, loading, put-away, and other warehouse tasks.
- Report and escalate incidents, near misses, and hazards in line with site processes.

- Act as the first line of support for colleague queries and concerns.
- Ensure correct product handling, labelling, and loading standards.

- Previous Team Leader Experience
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
