Roofer - Responsive Repairs
Location: Site based around Warminster and approximately a 60 minute radius - typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours
As a Roofer for Novus Property Solutions, youll work with a great team, who support each other and work together to deliver a great service for our customers. Ideally possessing a background and qualification in Roofing, working within Social Housing tenanted properties on traditional roofs, and shared accommodation complexes.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
- Roofer with experience of working on all aspects of domestic roofing and related repairs including: Roof tile replacements, fascia/soffit and rain water goods repairs/replacements, chimney and valley repairs and flat roof refelting

Previous experience working in a live environment would be beneficial

Breathable system compliant with current fixings meeting British standard specifications and competent roofer beneficial but not essential

Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily

Working in co-operation with other trades/occupations as well as the site or contract team, whilst managing own time effectively

Following Novus exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards

Manage Systems to ensure they are up to date and accurate

Full UK Driving Licence is required

This role will require a DBS check
