Support Worker – Longforth House (Full Time)
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic person to join our team of Support Workers at Longforth House.
Longforth House provides care and support for 15 residents living with either early-onset dementia or lower-level mental health needs. Our focus is on helping each person live as independently as possible while enjoying an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
As a Support Worker, you will assist residents with their daily living tasks and support them to take part in social and community activities. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in helping people do the things they enjoy.

We are committed to ensuring every resident has the opportunity to access their local community and participate in activities that are meaningful to them, whether through one-to-one support or as part of a group.
About the Role
- Full-time position
- Fixed two-week rolling rota
- Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one weekend off)
- Shifts are:
- 7:30am – 1:30pm (6 hours)
- 1:30pm – 7:30pm (6 hours)
- 7:30am – 7:30pm (12 hours)
Career Development
For candidates with relevant experience, there may be an opportunity to join in a Senior Support Worker role, which includes responsibilities such as medication administration and team leading.
