We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the commercial success and adoption of our Biosimilars portfolio across NHS accounts in London and the South East.
In this field-based role, you will work closely with ICSs, NHS Trusts, procurement teams, pharmacists, consultants and other healthcare stakeholders to support biosimilar uptake, improve patient access and deliver sustainable growth.
- Develop and deliver strategic territory and account plans.
- Drive biosimilar adoption, market share growth and sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Support tender implementation and local market access initiatives.
- Deliver scientific and commercial product discussions.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and compliance with ABPI and company standards.
- Proven pharmaceutical Key Account Management experience.
- Strong understanding of the NHS, procurement and tendering processes.
- Experience engaging senior NHS stakeholders and specialist care accounts.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Degree in a science or healthcare-related discipline.
- ABPI qualified, or willing to obtain.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience within biosimilars, biologics or specialty care.
- Knowledge of Oncology, Immunology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology or Dermatology.
