We are currently looking for a general Cover Cleaners in the local area of Portsmouth PO6 1SZ area to cover holidays & sickness.
Job involves general cleaning duties, such as cleaning meeting rooms/toilets/kitchen & production areas to site specification.
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, corridors, washrooms, and communal areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes to meet client expectations
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning duties
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
