We are looking for a passionate, friendly and confident bartender and host to help deliver an outstanding guest experience at BoBo. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in wines, spirits and cocktails.

About the Role
- Deliver warm, engaging and memorable service to every guest
- Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines and spirits with consistency and care
- Act as both bartender and host, helping guests feel welcomed and looked after from arrival to departure
- Make a wide range of drinks to a consistently high standard, with opportunity for menu development input.
- Share knowledge and enthusiasm about our drinks offering
- Work as part of a close, energetic team in a stylish venue environment
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent people skills and a natural ability to connect with guests
- Passion for wines, spirits and cocktails
- Good cocktail knowledge and willingness to learn more
- Experience in hospitality and bar service preferred
- High standards of presentation and service
- Positive attitude and team spirit
