Summary
We are seeking a caring and reliable Bank Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Care Group Ltd in our Sandbanks Care Centre in Redcar. This role is vital in delivering exceptional care to our residents, supporting their independence and well-being while upholding our core values.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Support the implementation of innovative care strategies.
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Assist with transportation as needed for appointments or outings.
- Qualifications
- Experience or background in care home or home care settings.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to high-quality care.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures is advantageous.
