About Us: Ningbo Online is a fast-growing eCommerce business with exciting expansion plans over the next 18 months. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team and grow with us.
Shift Pattern:
Mon-Fri 08.00 - 17.00 hrs
1 -2 Saturday shifts per month at Time and a Half.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing stock control and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Liaising with the office team to ensure smooth operations
- Updating customers on delivery ETAs
- Handling inbound & outbound deliveries in/out of stock
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Driving Licence - For Multi-site stock movements with company Van.
- Willingness to work independently and demonstrate strong work ethics
- Hardworking attitude with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for customer and team interactions
- FLT licence is desirable but not mandatory
- Good physical health, as this is an active and physically demanding role
- Reliability and a team player mindset are crucial for success in this role
