You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more

- Manage kitchen cost control, portioning, presentation specification, food safety and allergen compliance
- Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Head Chef
- Strong skills in authenticity and quality.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills; calm under pressure, focused on standards and teamwork
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking
- Demonstrable team management abilities with excellent leadership qualities
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Strong background in food production, menu development, and restaurant operations
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
- A passion for culinary arts coupled with a commitment to high standards of quality and service
Pay: £38,500.00-£42,500.00 per year
