Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer orders from receipt through to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Duties
- Process customer orders in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Processing orders placed via our app.
- Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with customers
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Enter and maintain customer and order information in company databases and systems
- Assist with invoice creation and processing and tracking information
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in upselling techniques would be beneficial.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

5 shifts per week to include a Sunday.
18.00 to 02.30 (finish times may vary dependent upon business needs)
