About The Role:
The Paid Media Executive is a full-time role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, META & other paid channels. Based in Bradley Stoke, this is a hybrid position, combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign setup, monitoring performance, adjusting bids and budgets, and optimising targeting and creatives to meet client objectives. The role also involves preparing reports, analysing data, communicating insights to internal stakeholders and clients, and staying up to date with platform updates and industry trends. The Paid Media Executive will collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and other digital specialists to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and deliver strong ROI
Qualifications
- Strong media planning skills, including experience in structuring paid search, paid social, and display campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Effective communication abilities, with capacity to present results, explain strategies, and build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign optimisations, audience targeting, ad formats, and performance measurement.
- Clear and concise writing skills for ad copy, campaign messaging, and reporting.
- Experience with major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in using spreadsheets or dashboards to interpret and act on performance data.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or paid media; a degree or professional qualification in marketing, advertising, or a related field is beneficial.
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying current with paid media best practices, platform updates, and emerging digital trends.
Day to Day Insights
- Day to day management of Paid Media accounts (BAU)
- Working with clients to develop their paid media strategy & then delivering that strategy
- Manage monthly budgets & invoicing to ensure no overage/underage for your designated accounts.
- Comfortable making decisions based on data to improve Paid Media performance
- Ongoing analysis of performance to progress continuous improvements.
- Keyword research, ad writing, audience targeting, display optimisations, product feed setup & manipulation (Google Shopping)
- Problem solving & deep digging into account pain points.
- Using GA4 to ensure you’re on top of tracking, multi-channel attribution & the holistic digital results of accounts (not just PPC/Paid Social)
- Stay updated with industry trends
- Share knowledge & insights with the team
We are in the office 3 days/week; 8.30-5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays so applicants must be ready to come & be part of our company culture.
