Job Title: Warehouse Assembly Assistant
Responsible to: Operations Manager
Location: Rave HQ - Cirencester
Contract Type: Full time - 37.5 hours per week on a rota across Monday-Sunday
Job Purpose
The Warehouse Replenishment Assistant role is responsible for preparing products for dispatch and maintaining accurate, well-organised stock throughout the warehouse. The role combines hands-on product assembly with stock control, replenishment planning, and cross-team coordination to support the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.
Working closely with warehouse, production, operations, dispatch, and purchasing teams, this role plays a central part in ensuring products are available, correctly assembled, and positioned to meet daily operational demand.
Key Responsibilities
● Assemble products into final, pickable items, including labelling and building product packs
● Maintain appropriate stock levels of unassembled, assembled, and pickable items to support the dispatch team
● Plan and complete replenishment of picking stations and stock areas to ensure uninterrupted order processing
● Use warehouse stock systems to accurately move, allocate, and track stock ● Carry out scheduled and ad hoc stock takes, investigating and resolving discrepancies where required
● Support accurate stock control across the warehouse, contributing to overall inventory accuracy
● Occasionally assist with deliveries and collections, including receiving goods and allocating stock to correct warehouse locations
● Work closely with warehouse, production, operations, dispatch, and purchasing teams to ensure clear communication and aligned priorities.
● Support colleagues on ad hoc troubleshooting and problem solving, as well as when operational resourcing demands require to support other activities
● To actively contribute to Rave's social and environmental objectives, fostering a culture of responsibility and positive impact
● Awareness of personal health and safety at work, as well as the safety of others, by adhering to established protocols, identifying potential risks, and promptly reporting any concerns to ensure a secure work environment for all
Person Specification - Knowledge, Skills & Experience
● Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan replenishment activities, manage stock levels, and structure personal workload effectively
● Strong communication skills, with confidence working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
● Comfortable with hands-on, physical work within a warehouse setting ● High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
● Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing priorities throughout the working day
Pay: £24,784.50 per year
